Chronic stress has become an accepted condition and is almost considered a “badge of honor” in life today. However as we come to learn about the lasting negative effects of chronic stress, we are looking for ways to lessen those negative effects on the whole person: mind, body and spirit.
If you have been experiencing symptoms of stress (insomnia, anxiety, or others) and are seeking relief from those symptoms, ISW may be helpful for you.
I woke up the day after and felt like the Tin Man from Wizard of Oz. Remember the scene where he is rusted and can’t move? But, then a little oil gets him moving. That’s exactly how I felt! Hips feel fluid and it seems like a little energy is circulating. 100% improvement. Even after 10 hours of driving, I still feel great. Even walking is easier.”

“
I was pretty broken after several emergency, life threatening surgeries. I did not hold out much hope for ever regaining my core strength and a pain free daily existence. After several attempts to find a unique and whole experience with restorative Pilates, I was lucky enough to find Katina’s individual and personalized attention in a one on one session which immediately gave me hope. Within only a month the difference is miraculous. I walk and sit with new alignment, pain free. I feel strong and motivated again to pick up my favorite outdoor activities Katina is not only highly trained but more importantly, she is an intuitive healer, paying deep attention to your body performance and movement in each and every session with guided correction and therapeutic results.”
