As human beings, unless we live in complete isolation, we experience constant external stressors all around us. Some of these stressors have a big impact all at once (car accident, surgery, divorce for example) while other small stressors can have an impact that accumulates over time. Our bodies take these things in and sometimes hold onto them in a way that shows up as various levels of discomfort- migraines, anxiety, chronic pain, depression, etc. The tools I use help you learn to help yourself manage the effects of existing and future stressors that will inevitably occur as you go through life.

Through movement and attention, using modalities such as Somatic Experiencing®, Fascial Stretch Therapy ®, Somatic Practice® and Pilates, I aid and assist clients in lessening the negative effects of stress and trauma while increasing the experiences of balance and joy in their lives.
